What to Know About Me

Words are my super power. I I feel like I can tell any story in a way that creates connection, imbues emotion, and makes its mark on the audience.

Over my 30+ year career as an award-winning producer, writer, and editor, I’ve told stories across television, digital media, and live events. My writing and producing credits include all kinds of stories, books, interviews, guest segments, cable programs, and online content. With each project, I adapt my approach to fit your story

Whatever topic, idea, or story you have in mind—it’s my job to listen, find what matters most, and help you say it in a way that sounds like you. Not a writer trying to sound like you.

What I Love

Books, obviously

I’ve been a reader since a very young age. I remember checking out a huge stack of library books each week during summer vacations. I was worried I’d run out!

Some early favorites include:

  • The Wolves of Willoughby Chase
    by Joan Aiken
  • The Westin Game by Ellen Raskin
  • Charlotte’s Web (my All-time favorite!)
    by E.B. White

On My Bookshelves Now:

What I’m reading

  • My Friends by Fredrik Backman
  • Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid
  • The Ghostwriter by Julie Clark
  • Finding My Way: A Memoir
    by Malala Yousafzai
  • Awake by Jen Hatmaker
  • Taste by Stanley Tucci

But I Can’t Live on Books Alone

I also love:

  • Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, dark chocolate, and hot Chai with lavender
  • Bruce Springsteen, Michael Buble, and most 70s + 80s music
  • The color purple, the Chicago Cubs, and pigs (my collection numbers into the hundreds)
  • I’m beach over mountains, midnight buffet over weekend brunch, and mystery-thriller over rom-com
