Services I Provide

She’s been true collaborator in every sense.” – Jeanne

I’ve made a successful career out of bringing people, ideas, and stories together. No matter my role—news or podcast producer, content marketer, ghostwriter, or writer—the common thread has remained the same: I like figuring out what makes a story; why it resonates and then working with the people behind it to tell it well.

Collaboration is at the heart of how I work. I’m at my best when I’m brainstorming podcast topics with colleagues or working with a client to find the approach that will best connect with their audience. I bring curiosity, experience, and a journalist’s instinct to the process of determining what’s interesting, useful, or unexpected in your story.

My career has given me the opportunity to tell stories in just about every setting imaginable. I’ve produced hundreds of television and digital projects, from interviews and news segments, to live events at Chicago’s Millennium Park, on Lake Michigan, and on the Ferris Wheel at Navy Pier. I led the morning news team at WXIN-TV in Indianapolis to win back-to-back regional Emmys for Outstanding Morning Newscast, helped launch two morning news programs in Chicago—You & Me and The Jam—and produced a highly-rated episode of When Weather Changed History for the Weather Channel

In the literary world, I’ve authored two non-fiction works so far: a political parody and a business/self-help book. Working with agents and editors gave me a deeper understanding of both traditional and self-publishing and pushed me to think differently about structure, voice, audience and the craft of writing

Today, I bring all those experiences to each project I take on. Sometimes I’m the writer. Sometimes I’m the person helping shape the story before the writing begins. Often, I’m both. So, whatever your project, I’m here to help you make it into something clear, compelling, and genuinely your own
