Words are my specialty. I’ve been putting words into story form since third grade when I won my first writing contest. Whether I’m helping someone tell their story (book, video, podcast), writing my own novel (a mystery/thriller/family saga), or reading another author’s work (faves include: Louise Erdrich, Sue Grafton, James Clear, and Glennon Doyle), words make me brave and buoyant.
My story-telling obsession led to an award-winning career in journalism as a writer, producer, and editor. I’ve now parlayed that experience into ghostwriting (business/self-help, so far), web content writing, podcast booking/producing, and media coaching, along with the roles of non-fiction author (Lyin’, Cheatin’ Bastards), leader and strategist. Each project done with creativity, clarity, and consequence.
